- The first aid room is located next to the secretary's office under Classic room on Exhibition Area One
- First aid boxes are located in both secretary offices and all function rooms
- A defibrillator is located in the first aid room and secretary's office in the Boxhall pavillion
- Evacuation plans are located on all exit doors
- Regular security patrols are conducted at KCC Park
